We may collect the following types of information:
- Name and contact details (phone, email, address, etc.)
- Information about your family’s needs including information about your
child(ren)/young person(s). - Notes from support sessions, referrals or signposting
- Feedback or survey responses
- Information from other professionals or services to help us support you
- Any other information you choose to share to help us support you

We use your data to:
- Provide tailored support and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of support provided
- Refer or signpost you to appropriate services (with your consent)
- Understand and improve our services
- Meet our legal and safeguarding obligations

We process your data under one or more of the following lawful bases:
- Legitimate interests: to provide effective support services
- Consent: where we ask you before sharing information externally
- Legal obligation: for safeguarding or regulatory requirements

Your data is stored securely using encrypted digital systems, with access restricted to
trained team members. We do not share your information without your consent, unless
required by law (e.g. safeguarding concerns).
We retain your data only as long as necessary – typically for up to 6 years from the last
